With 6 years of insolvency experience along with essential business and team management skills, I have developed sound knowledge in managing complex processes and cases. Until date, I have assisted over 8 small businesses to start up and help them avoid the pit falls of low cash flows and depleting sales.

This assignment was way out of my comfort zone but I am glad to have taken this on.
It helped me develop key skills in litigation procedures, system incident management, Microsoft Access and Data Analysis.
From responsive Excel based management reporting to customised solutions for end users, this job had me thinking and implementing ideas to make daily tasks easier, leaner and cost effective.
2010 - 2012
This is where I was groomed in the true GE way.
With over 140 processed under my belt, I had a team of 12 members onshore and 12 offshore. I must say, I had the best team ever!
Working across multiple products, processes and timezones, this job threw challenges at me that I absolutely loved.
Tight delivery times, time critical processes and tasks that just had to be done, I learnt things that no university or management book would ever teach me. Today, I am more responsive, passionate about change and self aware of my shortfalls.
2007 - 2010
The start of my corporate journey - This is where imagination at work breeds.
From answering calls to working the processes with tight SLA, I quickly adapted and learned that performance and rewards are the linked very close. I was not afraid of failure and the looked to improve the processes I worked. This helped me develop confidence, make better decisions and look for new opportunities to improve.
Building lasting relationships with trustees and administrators, liaising with the banks, having fun with an awesome team and having regular cook offs - these were some of the essential ingredients that helped grow.
